1. The Service: A Radio Directory
RadioGB provides a directory of radio stations to simplify finding and listening to radio programming from publicly available online sources.
We are an Intermediary: We are not a broadcaster. Our Service connects you to third-party radio broadcasters via embedded hyperlinks. We do not own the listed brands, nor do we claim any rights over the content you access.
No Control Over Content: We do not have any editorial or programming control over the content broadcast by the listed stations. We are not responsible or liable for any content you may hear.
2. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features from the Service at any time without notice. We can also suspend or discontinue the Service at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service. Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Service.
3. Your Account and Registration
To use certain features, you may need to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

License Grant: By posting Your Content, you grant RadioGB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content in connection with the Service.
Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us this license. You must not upload content that infringes on the rights of any third party.
6. Advertisements and Third-Party Links
The Service may display advertisements from third parties or link to third-party websites. Your interactions with these advertisers or websites are solely between you and the third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of these dealings.
7. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting us at contact@radiogb.com.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This may result in the permanent deletion of Your Content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIOGB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RADIOGB, ITS OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Any software provided by the Service is our proprietary information.
If you believe that any content on our Service infringes upon a copyright you own, please send a “Notification of Claimed Infringement” to contact@radiogb.com with the following information:

We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
11. General Terms
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms and update the “Effective Date.” Please review them regularly. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Notice for Apple iOS Users
If you are using our application from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
This agreement is between you and RadioGB only, not with Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application, including product liability claims or claims that the application fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement.
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights.
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the application.
